Village News

Celebrating over 25 years of publication the Village News provides news, reports and information for the whole community.

Published every month by a small editorial committee, it contains an editorial, dates for your diary and notices.  There is a report of the last Parish Council meeting, Church notices and times of services, forthcoming events, Rambling Club, Village Hall update, W.I. Activities and outings, Birthdays,  Scouts, quizzes and more.

There is a small ‘items for sale’ or ‘wanted’ section together with  advertisement pages of local businesses and services.

The back page lists the names and contact numbers for all the village groups as well as some useful numbers for utilitiy companies, NHS and police.

It is delivered free to every  home in the village by a dedicated group of volunteers.
